SLOPE VALLEY was formed by local musicians in the fall of 2003 and has grown into one of the area's most stable bluegrass bands.
Slope Valley's program features traditional bluegrass, bluegrass gospel, "bluegrassified" country music and a few originals all laced with good, clean, family-friendly humor. Although the band members have changed over the years, the current lineup features three and four part harmony backed by acoustic guitar, banjo, mandolin and bass.
Focusing on providing an entertaining experience when playing at festivals and private parties, as Christians Slope Valley makes sure any non-gospel song could be done with Jesus physically sitting in our audience because He is truly there in spirit. They also clean up pretty good and know how to reverence/worship the Lord in song when in a church setting as well.
Slope Valley can tailor their music to suit almost any event's needs.

The boys in Slope Valley truly love what they do, particularly the "making people smile" part. We've been told on numerous occasions at various venues that we are the most entertaining local Bluegrass Band in the Carolinas, however, they prefer you to be the judge of that.
Get ready for some "down home" music and "old-fashioned" fun, to boot, Slope Valley style!
